갤러리88은 국내외 미술품 위탁매매 및 동서양 작가 작품의 교류전을 대행합니다. 설립자(최송광 대표)는 1988~1993년 Chicago Sande’s Art 설립 및 운영, 1994~1997년 New York Manhattan의 Eskay Art International CO., LTD. 설립 및 운영, 1998년 귀국과 함께 (주)서울옥션 대표로 취임하였습니다. 현재 전망이 밝은 외국작가의 작품을 국내에 유치 및 대행전시하고 있으며, 수준 높은 판화로 제작하여 전 세계시장에 독점 공급하고 있습니다. 판화 작품을 통해 보다 저렴한 비용으로 수준있는 예술품을 감상하고, 소지할 수 있는 기회를 제공하고자 합니다. 또한 국내 작가의 해외 아트시장에 전시할 수 있는 기회를 마련하고 있습니다. 아울러 향후 국내외 미술품 뿐만 아니라 동서양 문화와 여러 장르의 교환을 통해 유익하고 재미있는 Global Society를 형성하고자 합니다.

GALLERY88 is a company that represents local and foreign artists and their artworks and that supports their exhibitions in Korea and foreign countries. The founder of the corporation (SongKwang Choi) has been long engaged in art business in both local and international markets. He has established and carried art business in Sander’s art Inc., in Chicago U.S.A (1988~1993), and Eskay Art International in New York (1984~1997) and was the first president of Seoul Auction co. Ltd from 1998 to 2001.
